Lumure Descendants in Osooro visit Lumure palace Ayeka , join Lumure Hunters Association.

A strong historical tie was awaken today at the palace of the Lumure of Ayeka kingdom as the descendants of Lumure in Igbotako Osooro kingdom in Okitipupa Local Government returned to Ayeka, their ansentral base in their bid to liase and forge a cultural unity that will strengthen security and intelligence gathering for crime prevention between the two communities.
It will be recalled that the Regent of Ayeka Kingdom , Her Royal Highness, Oluyemi Bajowa having assumed the Regency in Ayeka and in her resolve to ensure the security of lives and property in the kingdom and neighbouring communities threw her weight behind the establishment of a local security structure, Lumure Hunters Association , LHA, which has functioned effectively in community policing in the area, reducing crimes and enhancing communal peace as the people now go about their businesses without fear of harrassment and molestation in their domain.
The people of Ayeka were happy to welcome their sons from Osooro to the palace and assured them that the hunters in Ayeka will provide them with all the necessary logistics and formations as well as support to make possible the process of exporting the security exploits of Lumure Hunters Ayeka to Osooro Kingdom.
The Regent of Ayeka, Princess Oluyemi Bajowa expressed her delight over the development , while noting that security has become a collective approach at the community level.
While welcoming them, High Chief Olibamoyo, the Oge of Ayeka Kingdom noted that the Connect between the Egwuguola descendants in Osooro and Ayeka reflects the saying that ‘ blood is thicker than water.
High Chief Bode Bajowa, the Osuma of Osooro land noted that from time immemorial, good things are emulated, thus their coming to Ayeka kingdom is to associate with the Lumure Hunters so that local security structure in Osooro can also become consolidated on.

Also speaking, Dr Oluwole Temenu, the Ludeeye of Osooro said local policing requires synergy and the Lumure Hunters Ayeka has been giving exemplary leadership in this respect .
