President Muhammadu Buhari has been told to sack himself as the country’s Minister of Petroleum and Natural Resources.
Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, HURIWA, is asking the President to resign without further delay, having shown clearly that he would not be able to solve the lingering fuel crisis in the country.
In a statement on Friday, the National Coordinator of HURIWA, Emmanuel Onwubiko advised the President to step aside and appoint a substantive Minister of Petroleum for the lingering issues Nigerians are facing.
The human rights advocacy group further asked President Buhari to sack his Minister of Power, whom he describes as grossly incompetent.
