REGENT OF AYEKA CELEBRATES THREE YEARS OF REGENCY AS HUSBAND, GEN. BAJOWA CONGRATULATES HER.

The Regent of Ayeka kingdom, Her Royal Highness , Princess Barr. Oluyemi Bajowa has marked her third year of Regency on the throne of her forefathers .
It’s exactly three years today that she assumed the Regency, breaking the record as the first female Regent in Ikale land. The Regency has been a gender sensitive subject matter but she has proven in these past three years that not even such lofty position should be strictly the preserve of the masculine gender and a matter only for patriachal consideration.
The Ayeka monarch had hit the ground running as soon as she assumed the monarchical authority on the 12th June, 2019 at an elaborate official unveiling ceremony at the headquarters of Okitipupa Local Government.
As a native who understands the need for peace in her domain as a sinequanon for community development , the Regent of Ayeka inaugurated The Lumure Hunters Association Ayeka,who complemented the efforts of the security agencies in curbing crime and shades of criminal activities in Ayeka and neighbouring communities.
Having secured peace and warded off Petty crimes in Ayeka , Princess Oluyemi Bajowa facilitated a special credit scheme for Ayeka market women . She revealed to Awawa FM in a chat that women empowerment is a concept she is very passionate about , stressing that women have more values when they can financially complement their husbands. No doubt , Ayeka women are the better for this.
Princess Oluyemi Bajowa had also facilitated Ayeka market these three years and this step has buoyed the economic activities of the people of the community.
A most recent development that her Regency has attracted to Ayeka is the massive repairs and reconstruction works on the gully damaged Ayeka bridge and the construction of the palace road , a world Bank assisted project.
Her Royal Highness in an exclusive chat with Awawa FM said she blessed God who has offered her the opportunity to impact positively on her homestead , Ayeka-Ule. She said human should not exist for themselves alone , adding that the value of existence should be the quality of impact one can add to humanity.
