Wike challenges PDP, dares party to sack him

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has challenged the National Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party to suspend him from the party.
This follows talks from within the party that no one can be bigger than the party, and that he may be suspended.
The governor has remained vocal against some party leaders following calls for the resignation of the National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu.
He recently led some leaders of the party to pull out from the presidential campaign council of the PDP, insisting that Ayu must go.
Speaking during a live media chat in Port Harcourt today Gov. Wike said the leadership of the party should call a NEC meeting and suspended him from the party.
